Music has always been an important part of the Breahead experience. From the moment we open in the morning, we carefully select what plays in our cafés.
We like the music to follow the rhythm of the day. Slow and easy in the early morning hours, gradually picking up the pace as the day moves on.
Now, we’re taking it one step further. Together with DJ Caroline Wich, we’re creating a new monthly playlist for Breadhead Bakery - a selection of tracks made to match the mood, the season and everything happening around BreadHead.
To celebrate each new playlist, we’ll also host a monthly Morning Session, where we release the playlist and invite you to start the day with good coffee, fresh bread and music.

Alongside her background as a former elite basketball player and a familiar face behind the DJ booth in Aarhus, Caroline has a background from Kaospilot, where she specialised in creating strong spaces and communities.
With her sharp ear for music and strong sense of atmosphere and energy, she has curated an exclusive playlist to welcome our guests and create the perfect soundtrack for the café.
